This shows the transformation of an old historic home in Hawi, HI with two buildings built in 1954 and added to in the seventies. Both structures had to be completely updated due to rot and termite damage. The second story was removed as it was about to fall over. A large Norfolk pine adjacent to the second story was cut down as it was in danger of crushing the house. The lovely cypress tree between the two structures was pruned and maintained.
